Can't decide on matte black or gloss wheels

I just can't decide on whether to buy matte black finish or gloss black finish wheels. I wanted vmr v710's but they don't come in a gloss finish.

My car is Jet Black. I just keep thinking gloss black will look better but vmr doesn't offer glossh black.

Will matte look good? if you guys have some pics could you share please.

Thanks

I think the stock ZCP color fit's pretty well with some matte grills and side gills and it make a nice contrast over the glossy paint !

i have the matte black vmrs and the finish dulls a lot with time. i would go with some sort of semi gloss if you can find it so it stays a little darker looking but doesnt look super shiny. half the time my wheel look brown with all the cooked on pad material from the track.

Definitely would recommend Gunmetal Color for the v710. They are kind of glossy and looks great on your car!

From what I have read the GTS black wheels are Satin finish ... its a mix of flat and gloss (think semi gloss)

I have had both matte and gloss black wheels, and recently I was trying to decide between Gloss and Satin, but went with Gloss as the finish is easier to clean and brake dust doesnt stick to it as much.

Gloss black to match your paint and trim.

I have VMR VB3s in gloss black on my AW coupe. You can get a custom paint from EAS. If they are still using the same powdercoater, be prepared to wait forever for them.

Why am I getting quoted so much less for a set of 4 V710's directly for VMR and EAS has the same 4 wheels for $4000?

Just wondering why it's so much.

Yep and that's how I like it , not matte , not glossy , just perfect to my taste cause I hate to wash rims ! The thing with the satin finish is that you don't see the brake dust as much as on a glossy black !

I have matte and I love it. Add some brake dust and they are perrrrrfect. No shine, no gloss, just black.

That's an error for sure. They're listed for $1050 set + $320 for paint:

Dude, those look sick. I ordered a Jet Black one. Jet Black and gunmetal? I gotta see how the contrast will look. I like it with the white though.

If you listen to one post on this topic listen to this one. He's 100% spot on.

I bought Matte Black P40s about 3 years ago, I just had them refinished because they were looking very dull. I did them in a semi-gloss, and I couldn't be happier with the decision.
