That's ridiculously cheap. I'm honestly in awe that you can get 4,000 square feet homes for that price.

I've been living behind the Orange curtain for too long.

Nice- that's a big ass house!! I've heard that properties in Texas (and in many other states) are very cheap. It's like here in cities like Fresno, CA where you can get a brand new house with about 3000 sq ft living space for about $100-150k. In the Santa Clara area, however, a 1500 sq ft house in a good area costs $400k+ even with the economy as it is. A house in Milpitas recently listed for $629,000 with 3 beds, 2 baths and 1600 sq ft. Crazy...

Definitely. Used to own a house in Gilroy, sold it literally a week before the housing market crashed. Fetched 490k for it. 3 Bedroom 2 bath, 1600sq ft w/pool. I like living in Willow Glen sometimes.

I'm thinking the previous owner should have spent his money on the mortgage, rather than gluing it to the wall. NIce house though, but I'm a big tile fan. Just throw a runner on the stairs.

Thanks. There will be a runner after the wood goes on the stairs. I don't want the dogs to hurt themselves.
