Tire Rack E92 M3 Goods
Tire Rack has updated their site and now lists wheels and winter items for the M3. They also have information on tires, floormats, and suspension.
The photo isn't up to view on the vehicle, but at least you know what fits.

I love the diamond black look. Reminds me of the Concept's wheels and a lip always looks good on a BMW.

Agreed on all counts. Not too dark, excellent lip and you can never go wrong with some variety of the old school basket weave wheel. The lip is nicely machined to give just a hint of sheen. A little understated, but it catches your eye. The forks are far enough apart and extend close to the leading edge, to offer the illusion of a larger wheel. This also allows for easier cleaning and more photo ops for the subsequent BBK!

I told you getting the stock 18"ers is asking for trouble... Those BBS wheels are king. They are about 7-8 lbs lighter than the stock 19"ers. I suspect the Breyton wheels are not nearly as light and most likely don't have ideal off sets either, but they do look great on the M3. |

Aftermarket can be a problem. I had a problem with the hub rings heat-seizing to the hub and the wheel center bore. Took some crazy banging on the tire to pop them loose to remove the wheels. That's why I would like to get a wheel that has the correct centrer bore for the model. I notice some of the forum sponors make wheels with identical specs. Those BBS wheels don't have the correct offsets either, right? Yup, $17k a year.

I'm loving the BBS RGRs, they are sweet. I wonder if I can get a 19x9 for all 4 corners for my track wheels and then use 7mm spacers at the back to compensate for the different offset on the back wheels. That way I can rotate tires front to back for longer life on the track.
If not, I could use the 19x8.5s at all four corners with spacers.

What's the difference between a centering ring and a spacer? I assume the centering ring accommodates smaller hub diameters?

A centering ring does accomodate smaller hub sizes whereas a spacer creates less offset. You want only hubcentric spacers if you go that route. I rather select wheels that are model specific than use centering rings. Quality hubcentric spacers are okay, but again if you can find the correct offset for your model and liking, that's the way to go.

Check my order thread for details. BMWUSA told my dealer they couldn't be ordered even with a late Feb build.
