Price to ship 22' rims and tires?

I just sold the 22s that were on my old car. I have to ship them with tires on them. Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to ship 4 22 inch rims and tires from LA to New York? Any tips on how to ship them would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I recently bought some 22's wheels/w tires, and shipping was $200 from AZ to NC.

The wheels had two layers of cardboard covering the face and the rear of the wheel. Then it was wrapped in layers of saran wrap. They arrived fine, so I think you should be fine with just that.
