Bring it to the dealer. There's a bulletin to use felt tape for a certain spot on the tail light housing and they'll replace the bulb too. I've performed this bulletin plenty of times when I was a Beemer tech. If you inspect the bulb you would think that its fine but flick it once and the filament in the bulb will brake off immediately. Its due to vibrations

I got the same problem. Right side brake lamp. When is colder than 10 degrees celsius this happens. I tap the brake a few time and It goes away. I will be upgrading soon to lci and hope it goes away for good.

Yep, had it once, found all sorts of suggestions here. Pulled it, tightened it up a bit and put all back together and was fine for two months. This week did it again, but only for a very short time.
Annoying and I'll try to get it fixed more permanently next service, but not making a special trip.
