It's a custom kit by HP Autowerks, Inc. to fill the void between just lowering springs and the high end AST 4200 or 5000 series.

It is really not that much different than the 4200 except the lack of compression adjustment and none aluminum rear dampers.

Please PM a price for a complete AST 4200 kit for my E90 M3.

Do you have recommended height and alignment settings based on experience with these?

Each car is different and so is the driver. Different spring rates as well. You will have to determine your own settings through testing, adjust and re-test. There is not one setting that will work for everyone.
