Homestead Track Event on Aug 30th?
Did anyone go to this today? I was registered but I bailed due to the weather. Its been raining ALL day.
I'm curious what sort of vehicles were available for people to use.

I was registered for yesterday but bailed since I was able to attend the m track days last week. I had emailed to inquire how they compared and this was the response.
This program is similar to the M Track Days event but includes a wider variety of BMWs. While we do have the M lineup similar to them we?re really highlighting the entire brand. You?ll have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the 330e all the way to the X6M and everything in between!

Damn, I was afraid of that! I knew it was different than the M track days, and I didn't think we'd get to drive the M models, part of the reason I bailed. I'm signed up for the next event at PBIR, hopefully that one is good and the M models are there as well...

I went to the August 19th one. Drove an M6, X6M and M5 on a 0-60 pad, stopping in a box to not get disqualified lol.
M2 on the full track, follow instructor and go at his pace with 3 other cars (DSC full on) M3 on the full track, same situation as above M4 on their 15 second autocross, we were allowed to turn MDM on. Was pretty fun, but limited. Since it was open to the general public, they obviously had to be extremely cautious. AWESOME lunch lol.

If anything it'll be some track time without burning your tires or gas!
