Autoscope - Plano, TX - 2 THUMBS UP

Had to get a simple SRS fault code reset. BMW wanted to charge me $200 (i just took delivery of the car a week ago and have not yet developed a relationship with a SA @BMW)...

The owner and guys at Autoscope were, supper friendly and professional. They opened at 07.30 SHARP - which i liked very much as I'm a stickler for punctuality. I was out in less than 15min.

Great work! Had a nice chat with the owner but other things....and he was very informative and approachable.

Looks like a professional setup. Will definitely go back.

I could have reset that light for you for free

Never been to Autoscope but I've heard good things about them.

Glad you got it done...why would BMW want to charge you for fixing this - still under warranty, correct??

Yes, under warranty.

Made a rookie mistake and told BMW that it was triggered due to steering wheel swap out. (done by previous owner day before car was shipped to me).

It wont cost me a cent,as the previous owner is refunding me...
