thanks for posting the data. I'm surprised that the front rotors are heavier even though they're larger.

looks great - congrats. good color choice

The UK Gran Turismo front 380mm kit uses a lighter rotor than the USA version at 17.3 lbs

I don't think you'd want a lighter rotor, all things being equal in the design, unless the weight savings is from the hat.

Nice color, but personally, I'd put a brembo logo on there. Otherwise it looks like you just painted the stock calipers, if that matters to you.

Oh for what it's worth, I remember seeing a comparison between the brembo GT vs PCCB (porsche ceramic) and the weight was quite similar.

Doesn't matter a bit to me. The mods I install on my car are for performance improvements only not to try impress someone who doesn't know the difference between painted oem calipers and a BBK (well OK all the carbon bits are solely for my own bling factor edification . I don't care what others think of my calipers when I'm flying by them on the track I purposely did not have the brembo logo installed on the calipers. I don't like it when manufacturers place their logo all over their products (unless they are paying me to advertise)

Yeah, I'm not a fan of logos in general, but I guess I just get used to some things....like a logo on calipers or the m3 badging.

Maybe BMW logos would look cool Next time I paint them I'll see how they look.

Thanks Anup. Install was a breeze and it fits well. But my original lid doesn't come with a trunk lock like the '08 did I guess so I gotta figure out what I can do with the hole. I'll check with Nate to see if IND has a solution. The car is shipping to IND in March for a few "adjustments" in anticipation of the upcoming track season

Did you weigh the calipers loaded(with pads) or unloaded?
