Protecting Painted lips

What do you guys do to protect your painted front lips? Im not a fan on carbon lips on dark color cars so I bought a Polyurethane one and had it painted. None the less I expected rock chips but man they come faster than I thought they would. So I have searched and found a couple products such as 3M spray on clear protectant or the typical clear bra. What do you guys use?

I have the 3M spray on clear bra, works like a charm.

but, like plastidip, it has to have a heavy layer, or it wont work!

So you use clear bra and 3M spray or just the spray?

This is the best pic I have. It looks like paint but it is much more resilient to rock chips. I have even polished the vinyl twice to keep it shiny.

Is this directed towards me? My lip is CF. I fiberglassed it and rewrapped it in vinyl. Good as new!

Yeah I was wondering what ur lip was made of. I got my hands on an authentic Polly vorsteiner lip. Once its paint is chipped up enough Im gonna wrap it.

I was considering gloss white
Vinyl for the lip on my wife's car... A VW CC since I know I can just re wrap if she hits something.

Instead I just dropped the front spoiler/ lip off at a body shop for paint ($80)... Then I am gonna let it cure for several weeks in the sun... Then wrap in Xpel paint protection... Then install it...

I prolly should've just did the white vinyl wrap

Vorsteiner got started making knock off parts. There is a lot of controversy around where their parts are made and how.

I have had one of their diffusers and I don't give a shit about any of that because it was an original design and a nice piece.

Paint match with paint protection is the way to go (if you don't want black). I'm assuming it will be on a white car so some random white vinyl would not match and look weird.
