how can I get the bmw app ??

i have the nov/december built 2011 e93. i have the new idrive with the office features and all the latest but cant do the connective drive. they got to be a way to upgrade this. I just did a software upgrade at the dealership with my last service and nothing happened. is like i have the latest but cant have the latest!!!

i maybe interested in just the combox retrofit, but I have a CCC unit.
What additional items do I have to buy to get the combo box retrofit? I'm guessing I need the hardware for the CIC upgrade first right?

Also what is actually happening at each location for the group buy? Is someone coming onsite to load the software?
