A video update from Eisenmann GmbH

Some of the German's love for techno music may be a bit lost in translation in this video, but listen to the sound of the Inconel exhaust at 2:25

This is why i love Eisenmann. They are always willing to show their facility and the way they build these quality exhausts.

These other exhausts on the market dont tell us anything, not even where they are built.. let alone seeing their production line. What they hiding.

Seen so many other brands come and go, glad to see Eisenmann still pumping out exhausts for all these years.

Can you tell i love my Eisenmann Sport exhaust?

Very true...They are Brave and they believe in their products. I wouldn't trade my exhaust for anything...99% of the people that heard it love it.

Why did one of those exhausts say "MARTIN" on the tips?

Nice stuff, but I think they should have stayed with the Le Mans tips - the most refined look in the business

I was wondering the same thing. Eisenmann produces many systems for other aftermarket tuners in Germany so that might be one that they produce for a local shop.

NatAsp is probably referring to the perforated tips, which I didn't realize Eisenmann started using exclusively. Is that true, Nate?

Here's a description of the perforated tips:

Here's a comparison of the perforated tips and Le Mans tips:

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=327963

I have the latter, but had I been given the choice, I would have opted for the perforated tips.

Nate,

Why does the Inconel sound different? Is the design different because I cant see how there's a difference in sound because of the alloy? It is still a SS alloy, right?

Inconel is a nickel alloy, not an SS alloy. Different manufacturers add different materials to the nickel to strengthen it, depending on the application. The only two commercial Inconel exhausts that I know of (Eisenmann and BMW Performance) use a nickel-chromium alloy.

The exhaust probably sounds different because of the different resonance frequency that Inconel has over SS, bute Nate can answer definitively.
