Selene Leader

Who else is on it? When did you drop off for ED if you did it?

Hopefully we'll be in port on time.

My car is on Selene Leader. Dropped off for ED on June 29th at Munich, car was Shipped July 8th onto this vessel.

The vessel is expected to arrive at Hueneme on August 2nd. However, customs is apparently very backed up and may take up to 3 weeks after it hits port, then to the VPC she goes.

Mine is the Selene Leader as well, dropped off from ED on 6/25. First I'd heard about the customs delay - that's going to truly suck.

ED was a great experience and I wouldn't trade it but I thought I'd cope better with the wait...

I'm on the Selene Leader.

Driving my leased e46 to the ground as I wait on e93 delivery.

I've had 2 back to back e46 m3s that I've driven pretty hard over the years and I'm still having so much fun with it. Thank you BMW.

According to Bimmerfest and such, the car's on this vessel should clear inspections tomorrow. Hopefully there won't be any delay after that.

you mean the cars could be en route to the dealers as early as tomorrow???

The car's will clear inspection tomorrow. Then it goes to the VPC, then dealers.

The lag potentially could occur where BMW has to pick up the cars from customs to take into the VPC.

Yep..

For those who were on Selene Leader, ED cars and normal cars..

Car docked at the port August 3rd.
Most cars had cleared customs by August 5th.
BMW received documentation from EH Harms on the 6th.

I personally spoke to customs, EH Harms and BMW myself and Faxed the VDC to expidite the processing of my car. Needless to say, it may be ready for pickup TODAY.

My car is now at my dealership!!

Called Waggoners trucking to expedite my shipment so it was dropped off with high priority so I can pick up the car tomorrow morning.
