I was told by Fab @ EF1 Motorsports that they are the same fitment for E90/E92 Ms as well

Wheels: HRE 540R
Size: front 20 x 9" & rear 20 x 10"
Offset (est): 19 ET Front and 32 ET Rear
Finish: Gloss Black centers with high polished lips
Condition: Like new, mint condition, new lips
Tires: Toyo Proxes T1R front 245/30/20 & rear 285/25/20
Thread: 90% thread left front tires, 90% thread left on 1 rear (1 rear tire needs replacement)
Fitment: E39/E60/E90/E92
Location: EF1 Motorsports in Signal Hill (Long Beach) off cherry blvd

Are we sure these wheels fit an E92 M3 perfectly?

They will fit the E92, it does not look like it will be perfectly with such a big offset. Some might consider it perfect though?!?! If you got the wheels, a spacer would most likely be wanted in the rear, and possibly in the front.
