I'm scheduled for winter tire mounting this Friday...think I can make it out to Ski Liberty tomorrow on my summers?

You should be fine. But take the civic it's much better in bad weather IMHO.

Got my snows mounted Thanksgiving weekend and then it got too warm to run them for weeks.

Still no snow, but at least it's cold enough for the tires now.
