nail in rear tire

was losing air and brought it in to get repaired. as soon as i left, rear blinker light went out. is there any relationship or correlation between taking off a tire and a wire to the rear tail light? it appears to be a loose wire. its going on and off.

In the trunk, there are carpet lining covers that give you access to the turn signal lamps on the left and right side. Just pop this off and you should see the panel for the bulbs.

Could be the bulb itself. A few bolts and the taillight comes right out for that. $6 at autozone.
