Yeah, you can find these applications throughout racing. Here is a great example the Pagani Zonda R

This setup is over 14,000 brand new.

This is a pretty good deal.

Have seen this specific set in person, pretty awesome stuff. Complete kit.

Who in the right mind is going to pay 9300 for suspension?

And after all, you aren't even gaining a single Hp...

If you need to buy 9300 dollar suspension, then you shouldnt buy an M3. A GT3 will suffice

Adding horsepower isn't the only way to make your car faster. Having a good suspension and brakes could easily shave off seconds from your lap times. The person buying these will most likely be a track enthusiast.

Agree 100% -proper suspension will make the car faster than a bunch of simple bolt-on mod's!

Question - is the rear setup to run as a coilover only with eye-eye mount? The rear stock mount isn't designed for this so do you need a cage to strengthen the rear mount?

Mike...

This kit was for my 2011 M3. I sold the car back to BMW as it was a lemon. Casey has gone the extra lengths to make sure this kit is the best for the M3. Unless you get them to build you another kit like this, you will not see another out there.

TTX46 MT offers 4-way adjustment with independent low and high speed compression, and low and high speed rebound. 40 clicks of low speed adjustment and 50 clicks of high speed adjustment

-Fully pressure balanced at all settings, eliminating oil cavitation
-Through-rod technology results in zero gas force on the shaft
-Piggyback mounted gas canister
-Lightweight aluminium construction
-Threaded spring platforms on damper body for spring preload adjustment
-All dampers are dyno tested and matched before delivery to the customer
-Dampers can be revalved to suit specific customer requirements
-Fully rebuildable by an Ohlins trained damper engineer
-Öhlins free VRP (Valving Reference Program) software allows users to plot projected damping curves for their dampers using a PC, without the need for a damper dynamometer

I had a kit identical on my 2010 GT3 and it was the shit. They blow my JRZ 3 and 4 way shocks out of water, and if you have a problem with me saying that, come to VIR and race me around the track. I will put $100k cash up.

You just said it yourself. A TRUE enthusiast looking for the best times won't buy an M3 and pay 15g for suspension, or in this case, 9300. They will buy a GT3 or any orther dedicated track car out of the box. The M3 is not a "track" car built to be driven on tracks only. It is a street car with plenty of luxurious features that has been engineered to be nimble, fast and handle great on tracks. But it isn't a dedicated track car, therefore, I PERSONALLY dont see a need to pay 14,000(9300) for suspension that even above average drivers may not feel a difference between it and, say a KW clubsport on the most aggressive setting. The prices just don't make sense to me. Juan, it's nothing against YOU, you paid a lot for the kit and are selling it for what it is worth. No objection to that at all, and I wish u luck with the sale, I just can't justify 14000(9300) on something like suspension

mahmud, I understand where you're coming from. Its funny a lot of times people have misconceptions about "track suspension" or "track dampers" we have verified that the higher quality the shock, the better it is for both street and track. These shocks in particular which are ran on our street class race car feel awesome on the street as well as on the track obviously. And with a little more spring rate could easily be daily driven and be more user friendly than the popular coilover brands.

This is simply the best available race suspension for our cars outside of the BMW Motorsport WTCC Sachs Motorsport 5-Ways that cost $25k

This is for an advanced track or full race e90/e92m3 that wants their car to handle like an F1 car (-3 Gs)

It's amazing to me how many people will spend $10-$20k on Superchargers and then have "Lowering Springs" to match on their M3s.

I'll ask you the same question I tried asking earlier...is the rear damper setup to run as a coilover only or is it possible to run the factory rear setup (non-coilover)?

Coilover. No cage needed but if it were me I'd put one in, bolt in AE cage is flawless.
