True! The E92 has so much electronical features, sometimes it´s a nightmare. You nearly cannot change anything without the need to code it (but BMW won´t do it...).
My car will get some more (exhaust) mods soon and will then be coded. Can´t wait to get rid of the red lights in my dasboard. |

Thanks all for your feedback.
I found myself filmed from outside. See this drive by here: Video should start at the right position. If not go to 3:55 min. |

Very nice lap..and I jut laugh at these guys...under 8 mins with traffic is exceptional, no worries bc they dont understand the Ring and its many elevations and what not...Im currently gone til next season (stupid work), but next season ill be back and would love to meet up with you and for a few runs if youre interested..theres a few of us that go quite often, so let me know brother we are in located by Nurnberg...also dont you love passing GT3s and other high end cars as much as me? its the best and people dont understand the "driver mod" is the most important...keep it up and ive love to follow you to get some tips to get me under 8 mins

What is E92 M3's Nordschleife record? I tried to google it but it says 8:05 which i dont think it's true.

Just drop me a note, when you´re ready to go. I´m not as often at the Ring as I want to (due to 500km of traveling to and from the Ring each time) but a couple of weekends every year. |

It is correct, it is the time for a full lap. The time in the video is BTG.

Yes, I use Harrys Laptimer on my iPhone to take the time. Since the internal GPS of the iPhone doesn´t work very well at the Ring, I´ve a extern GPS sensor (XGPS150) installed which works well.

The Cups are great! Wouldn´t drive a lap without them Dunlop Direzza may be even better but they´re significantly more expensive. |
