It really sucks. 1200 miles service with DCT campaign (one week)

This is why when we go and try to get the dealer to flash our software when there isn't a service campaign, they dont like too...it takes time and sometimes it doesn't work. I'm not sure why this seems so hard...but clearly we aren't talking about a level of reliablility and compatability we see in the computer industry these days.

a bad news again, my SA said he can't find the part( called hydraulic unit) in United States. So he just can order from germany, and the shipment take one or two week.
Oh god!!!!

Can you get the part number of what they are replacing? I am starting to wonder if they didn't put SMG fluid in your DCT...
