BBK & emergency brakes

So, I'm contemplating various BBK setups for my daily driver. One thing that I haven't really encountered in my research is what happens to the emergency brake once the rears are upgraded. I haven't had the chance to get under the car to have a closer look at the stock setup, but I'm imagining I'll find the typical cable and brake shoe setup on the inside of the rotor.

Since the car will see a mix of street and track, I'd like to retain the e-brake - especially since I frequently park on an incline. So for those of you that have already upgraded to BBK on the back - what have you done? Is there any way to retain the e-brake with AP, StopTech or Brembo setups?

Thanks...

All of the BBK's you've listed use a rear mounting hat that works with the stock parking brake shoes so you won't lose use of the hand brake.
