Yes, unless this has changed within the last 2-3 months.
Stock filters do not suffer from this since they utilize a CNC plastic cap, the freeer flowing Macht Schnell & BMC units have a harder density rubber which are not effected from the pin pressure.

Unless you get the EU version of the BMC. We have the MS units here, and offer free installation for the locals.
