Are front turn signals LED on 2009+ models?

I see the 2009 + 3-Series Sedans all have nice bright LED amber front turn signals. I have to say they are really hot. The amber jumps out at you and screams quality. I'm just wondering if the 2009 + Coupe or M3 (or any model) come with LED turn signals as well. I haven't noticed any on the street.

e9x M models do not have the LED corner bulbs...

but there is an aftermarket product for LED turn signal bulbs...
