Wow a diffuser that's actually FULL CF... inside and outside... unlike some other products that only have 1 layer on the outside...

Frank, which vendors carry ACS?

Funny. It looks like the Siebon product on my Supra :0.
That is why I was shocked at how strong and light it was. This must be the stuff on proper race cars. I got it from Nick at jlevisw. He is great to work with.

If you look closely in the background, you will see who made the product

No wonder you have to pay nutty prices for AC stuff. Thanks Nick....for making me spend money
Congrats~ Looks like this is the real deal CFRP with pre-preg carbon. It's the real race inspired shit that is light.

Finally, real CF parts for the M3

Hi Guys,

All of the AC Schnitzer parts for the E92/93 M3 are made of real dry carbon. Every part is extremely ridged, very thin and light. Below are some pictures of the front spoiler. It is completely hollow and weights only 3.8 lbs. Note that the top inner edge has been sanded. This is where the adhesive goes. The lip only requires one 5mm bead along the top edge for proper installation. No screws in your bumper. The product is so light and fits so precise that it does not need any additional hardware, and is TUV approved as such. Unlike other companies, ACS is an actual BMW dealership in Germany. Because of this, they are held to a standard above and beyond most aftermarket companies. These standards allow ACS to be sold at the BMW parts counter in every market in the world. These CF aerodynamic components were not only designed for cosmetic purposes, but also improve stability at speed. They are manufacture for ACS by a supplier of F1 race car aerodynamics in Germany. It is companies like ACS that are advancing tuning options for our cars. They make products that are not just good enough, but the best possible solution for improving the dynamics of an already near perfect car. Thanks ACS!

We have several vendors around the country including BMW dealerships. PM me for some shops in your local area. You can also contact Peter@*******perts, or as mentioned above Nick from jlevisw.

Are you saying that we could potentially get ACS stuff from our local BMW dealer?

No doubt that authentic ACS products are pretty awesome. I didn't understand the price differences but now I know. That diffuser looks paper thin!

The ACS stuff is great quality (always has been, whether in CF or PU-RIM) and these M3 items are genuine race-inspired carbon fiber parts. They are definitely not for everyone because of the high price point, but for those who want the best, this is it.

Wheel Experts has handled ACS for 8 years now thru North American Importer CEC, and they have never let us down. They have always stood behind the product and their vendors with great customer service. Plus, the parts always fit great.

Back in the E46 days, we sold more than a few of their CF front spoiler, rear diffuser, and interior trims for the E46 M3

Frank,

Very well said. There are a few manufacturers out there that are still doing it right as far as CF production- ACS, Vorsteiner and Hamann come to mind for me. It's great to see more education about why these parts cost as much as they do, there is truly a lot of R&D and high end production that goes into these pieces which IMO makes it well worth the price.

Yes. There are several North American BMW dealerships that sell and install ACS products. Most of these dealerships are in metropolitan areas. In other markets including Germany, ACS is sold ONLY at the BMW dealership.
