someone help me with this situation.

turned in my BMW car to get serviced and they gave me a nissan sentra loaner car. The lady walked around it briefly and said okay no scratches. So I driving on the freeway and their were remains of a tire which I couldn't avoid. It ended up scratching the underside of the front bumper....You can't notice it if your looking at the vehicle but if you looked under and throughly inspected it you'd notice.

how bad can it be? make u paint the whole bumper? who's ur dealer/SA?

Most likely from my past experiences with rentals, they don't thoroughly inspect the car, let alone bend down and check under the car. Afterall, its just a sentra ;P

if you walked around it you couldn't tell you would have to get on your knees and tilt your head and look under the bumper.

dude dooooooon't even worry about it, they never care about rentals at all

just take it in they won't even notice. and if they do just tell them it must've been there from before... chances are they're never gonna fix it anyway

Everytime I have taken a loaner back in they took less time than the initial inspection, they just walked briefly around and checked the level of gassoline.

Don't worry, just be happy it wasn't your bimmer!

Yeah I wouldn't be too worried. They just glance over loaner cars for major damage. If you can't see it from standing infront of the car, chances are they won't notice.

I have tryed the same. Buy some collored car wax. Put it on and clean it off. It will cover most of it. So much that you will not notice.
If they go total mad then tell them its a quit expensive aerodynamic mod and they have to pay for it.
