Volk TE37 on stock ride height?

Would it look acceptable or way too awful? 18 or 19 inch better if running a meatier square tire setup? I really like how the 18s look and the weight savings but afraid its not going to look good on stock suspension

I've done a few searches and have spotted a few pics here and there but nothing very clear and wanted to get thoughts and pics in one place.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I generally have a rule for modding... suspension before wheels.

It will look off to most people but I honestly don't mind TEs on "higher" M3s.

Belive it or not but the below car is nearly at stock ride height.

That looks very nice. Has stock camber been modified too?

I'd be interested to see more pics as well.. this is my dilemma, too! I love meaty 18" set-ups but at stock, non-ZCP ride height I don't know if it'll look good enough.

EDIT: I found this from EAS... hope they don't mind me sharing the link:

Thanks for those pics. I also found this thread from 2010. Guy is running 19s te37 and got questions about his suspension but I don't think he answered back...looks like stock height to me but I could be wrong...either way with the 19s it looks very good actually

if you find my post in the te37 thread i have a shot of my car with zcp suspension and 19" te37. a little drop wouldn't hurt, but i don't really feel a need to lower it with this setup.

I don't have comp package, that is the thing...stock with 220Ms.

Dude, that is awesome tho, it looks perfect! I am sure that even with my stock suspension it shouldn't be too far from what you have...

I would do an orange sticker on the wheels to match my side markers. This is an E90 and I got an '13 E92 but a set up like this would look amazing I think...TE37 gunmetal with orange sticker...

I'd imagine this is 19" TE37s on stock suspension: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=916919
