BarryC, are you running a 10mm spacer on the back as I see ridge line? or that just part of the backside of the rim!

There are cheaper options then Brembo, K-Sport and Rotora come to mind. Wilwood might be cheaper too.

No spacer - it's just the wheel hub and the wheel. I guess it looks a little odd in the picture...

Looking good Barry We ran 305 nitto's with H&R springs on our E92 M3 and had no problems with rubbing.

Yeah I know so I'm confused by the problem. I know Nittos run a little narrow but hopefully not that much. Based on the fact that some have run 305's and the circumstances surrounding the production of my wheels - I'd be willing to bet that the offset isn't right. Unfortunately I don't know of a way to prove it.

Additionally, the 285/30 is the most popular setup that I've seen and some people are running 305's! A lot of people are running the Nittos but they run narrow (at least that's what I've heard). I'll probably try a new alignment to increase toe-in a 1/16th and as much camber as possible. The rub is occurring on the front and outside of the tire i.e., in the 1 to 2 o'clock position if you're facing the wheel and thinking of it as a clock. It looks like there is a lot of room on the inside of the tire so my problem is the wheel offset is too aggressive for the tire I'm running.

So we'll see what the 360 guys can suggest.

Thanks,
BC
I don't understand why you are rubbing in the front I can understand why you are rubbing in the rear. It has to be your 285/30 tire

I have 360 forged Split 7's wheels on my E92 M3 20x8.5 front with 245/30 tires in the front. 20x11 wheel in the rear with a 305/25 tire in the rear. I have H&R sport springs on the car and no Rubbing The quick fix for the rear since you claim you have a 20x10 go down one tire size 275/25 rubbing in the rear gone as for the front

After looking at it again again and again...I think it has too much chrome. Maybe Black spokes with chrome lips would look better. 2c

Anyone have specs on the 360Forged Mesh 10s in 20s (9 inch up front and 10.5 in back) as far as weight and cost?

Hi Shady - only the rear tires that are rubbing and I was trying to say it's on the side of the tire that is closest to the "front" of the car. No rubbing on the front tires. I agree that a 275 tire would probably solve the issue but I'd prefer not to have to buy more tires when I thought I was well within range of an acceptable width.

Thanks,
Barry

Cost is going to be approx. $5000 and my wheel and tire combo with steel fasteners weighed approx. 4lbs more than stock 19" wheel/tire combo.

I too am surprised with a rub. Pretty disappointing actually. Otherwise, the wheels are very nice!

Where is the tire rubbing, inner or outer tire?

I see the problem with the tire size you should be running 285/25-20. With 285/30-20 you will rub the rear fenders.
