Lets make CSL come true
I just heard that BMW is dropping the M3 csl and i am highly disappointed. Even though i never owned a M3 but i have always been a fan of the csl. Heres a silly idea that is never gonna work but i am gonna do it. If any of the members on the beamer form are like me who is really in love with the csl and want a E92 version of it plz leave ur name and i hope all members of the post can do so. After i collect all the names i would sent bmw a letter explaining to them how disappointed we are for their decision of not producing the csl. I know this is not gonna work but i wanna do it. Plz support my stupid decision

I know how you feel! But hate to break it to you, but it won't happen
Seems like BMW has better things on their agenda these days Someone should seriously start molding this spoiler from the spied version though :P |

Maybe we will get some cool performance parts? Lightweight seats, carbon brakes. I would be happy... the Dinan Stroker exists for people who don't know what to do with money and want an M3 on steroids.

In the 05 and 06 iterations of the E46, they did offer the competition package, which featured some of the specs from the CSL....
would love to have the CSL come to NA....but highly doubt it, even if BMW decided to produce it.

But since you aren't then, yeah, its really kind of a bad idea. BMW (and businesses in general) don't produce products for fanboys to gawk at in the showroom - they produce them to actually try and make money. |

Then maybe BMW could offer a "tuned" version of the S65 like what Porsche does with their X51 package, and a suspension package like what Chevy does. You could combine this with the lightweight M3 and pretty much have a CSL. Just some random thoughts. Anyone think this is as good a route as actually getting a CSL?
