Thanks! Sooooo damn delicious. I like to mix it up and create various combos!

Here's a real tasty Summer treat: watermelon, cucumber, lemon, and a tiny bit of mint. Yum!

I've been juicing for a looong time. I recently replaced my old school with this Breville:

Your missing a lot of nutrients that way... You should get a really good blender like a blendtec or vitamix.
Love my blendtec.

I agree 100%! I have the vitamix and it's awesome. Those juicer's are a pain to clean as well.

looks great.

we are headed to Nicaragua in July - food should be great.

we've been to Costa Rica, El Salvador and Panama - food was great in all 3, so assuming it will be the same in Nica.

Is that mac and cheese homemade? Recipe?

I've never tried to cook a home made baked mac and cheese before but it seems like it shouldn't be too difficult. I'd imagine it's a "throw everything into the pot and shove it in the oven" kind of deal which is great for me. I love mac and cheese.

I have always liked that place. Make sure I head there every time I'm there. Not really sure why I like it as much as I do but there is one right by my brother's house so that may be part of it.

if anyone is familiar with SoCal, specifically Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base, many people will tell you of this small burrito joint called "Eriberto's" right outside the 14-area gate.....

not sure if it's still there, but I have no reason to believe it isn't
