Color Combo Choice

I'm planning on getting my first M3 while I'm stationed here in Germany. After about a week of thinking about all the options I've narrowed it down to Mineral White with Black Novillo interior, Space Gray with Fox Red/Black interior or Mineral White with Fox Red/Black interior.

Of your choices, I like MW with Black. I think AW and MW with fox red is overplayed.

I like AW with Fox Red and the Space Gray with Fox Red.

These combos may be popular in the world of M3 enthusiasts, but how many M3s do you see around your town? Not many I'm sure.

AW and Space Gray over MW is a more traditional race paint color without the trendy special effects.

Fox Red (non-extended) is a dynamic combo with either the aluminum or CF trim. Black interiors are nice, but common.

If you're getting the coupe with the CF roof then I prefer space gray. I think that looks the best in combination with CF. Plus, adding the CF splitters and other CF pieces just goes right with the whole look.

Another reason you may want space gray over the whites is that white seems to be the most popular color for the M3. (At least on this forum.)

In any case, fox red is a good color to go with either exterior color. If you do go black then I would get the aluminum trim just to lighten the interior up a bit. With red either the CF weave leather trim or Al trim looks good. Well, at least in pictures. I haven't seen red and Al IRL. Hope this helps.

AW looks like wallpaper compared to the luster that MW has

Getting a fox red interior is the car equivalent of wearing a tilted trucker hat out on the town. It looks ridiculous and will only look more so as time passes.
