Cronus Leader now docked at the port in San Diego, unloading non-BMW cars from Germany (Audi, Porsche, Bentley,VW, etc.). Still on track to arrive to Port Hueneme May 24. The long wait is nearly over.... it hurts so good!!!

Yes! The sales mgr contacted me this morning confirming that it was loaded onto the Turandot. It is scheduled to arrive in NY/NJ on June 5th. Therefore, if all goes according to schedule, I will have it 3 weeks from today.
Due to the mix-up at the port, BMW is compensating me a accessory. Originally I requested the rear carbon fiber spoiler but later change it to the M Performance exhaust. Thinking the latter more of a stretch due to the cost (but if you don't ask...). BMW countered by providing a maximum credit. Installed, the exhaust would cost me $1800 USD. I haven't decided but I am leaning in this direction. |

Here's a pic of the Turandot crossing into Port of Zeebrugge this afternoon in Belgium. Stalked that webcam like an idiot all day to get this.

Thank you or the picture. Not that I like waiting but at least there is progression. The 35 days my car had been at the port was, well, painful.

Not sure what is going on with the Sagittarius Leader - she was supposed to arrive in Panama today at 7 am. She has been out of range since passing between the Domincan Republic and Puerto Rico about 52 hours ago, and she is 12 hours overdue. Looks like a lot of ships waiting to get through the Panama Canal so maybe she is waiting just out of range. Waiting to try to cyber stalk her on the web cams going through the canal's locks

Saggitarious Leader finally arrived off the coast of Panama late last night about 30 hours after the ETA. Now its "parked" about 25 miles off the entrance from the Canal with about 25 or 30 other ships which are apparently waiting for their turn to go through the canal.
