Ok I'll start. So here's what I've done to my m so far in the last 6 to 8 months.

- did oem exhaust mod but sold it because I hated cold start loudness
- did bpmsport tune - loving it
- installed Megan racing exhaust now that bpmsport Benvo removed cold start cycle
- installed h&r race springs. Looks awesome but rides like crap so I may swap back
- installed amp with subs > boom! It's awesome
- ordered scoops so it should be on the way

Next up --- thinking test pipes, pulley, wheels..

Any other suggestions...?

Spend money on track time and driving instruction.
How do you like the Megan? I need to hear it sometime. The only money I've spent on my M in the 8 months I've had it is on a liter of oil, Benvo tune (still love it), and brake pads for the track that I have yet to install.

@transfer - I like it. Looks good and sounds good for super cheap. I'm sure we'll see each other around town when the weather gets better. As or track time I've been on my motorcycle but not in a car. Might sign up for bmwcca car control clinic.

@andy - I'm a budget modder No ess til warranty expires. Then again I should start an ESS fund now.

@1moremod - damn sounds expensive. I bet it corners like a badass tho.

Was it hard to install the amp and sub?

I haven't done a damn thing lately to my car. Just waiting on spring so I can put on my lip and wheels.

......And I sold mine.... Been shopping for a 997TT which is a pretty difficult task. I might as well wait and order the new M4.

Alfa 4C has my attention; mid-engine carbon fiber monocoque ~2,100 lbs. I'll probably end up the safe route with the M4, though.
