Looking at them again, I am sure they are TSW Nurburgrings. Keep in mind if you go beyond the 19X9 front ET20s to the 19X9.5 ET41's you will probably need a good spacer for the fronts, at least a 15mm spacer for the front to get you to a ET26.

I thought they were TSW's too, but the only reason I wasn't sure is because if you look at the area of where the spokes meet the outer edge of the rim, the spokes are straight on the TSW's while on the OP's rims and on authentic HRE's, there is some extra material in the pockets and it is a little more rounded where the spoke meets the edge. Again I think the OP's best bet is to look at the backpad. If they are reps, they are a damn good one.

Here's some links to show what I mean. Compare where the spokes meet the edge of the rim.
