Week 50 Build

Any others with a week 50 build waiting for their car?

I placed my order on December 2. The 1-800 number says that my car has been released to the carrier and is awaiting transportation. Wondering how long it will take before it arrives on the west coast...hopefully not too long.

Ha ha, the wait is definitely difficult.

Congrats! Unfortunately it'll be up to 2 weeks for it to get on a ship. Then it'll enjoy a 4 week cruise to the west coast. Then up to another week before you see it. Keep in mind though the up tos can sometimes be just a couple days. The waiting definitely hurts. I ordered mid Oct and just got on a ship last week. I think the holidays have delayed things a bit.

Called BMW today and my car is in transport to the port of exit. Ha ha, I'm hoping for the best but expecting the worst in regards to the shipping times

at least yours is out of the factory...I'd rather have mine sitting at port completed rather than sitting in a closed down factory, almost completed....

Have you called your CA for an update? Maybe your car will make it out of the factory before the holiday shut down.
