Anyone had problems with their adaptive headlights?
Just got from New Mexico and it was a real eye opener for my 325i. Never had any problems with power, and handling was stable at 100 plus mph.
After getting home, slept for the night, I cleaned my car since I cant stand the those insects sticking at my front bumper. After that, I was surprised to find a warning signal at the dash. I read the manual and it says I have a malfunction with the headlights and have to bring to dealer to check. WTF!

Is there anyway to check if it is really busted before I send it to the dealer? I am weary about going to dealers since they take so long to fix things.

Restart the car and see if they are working

If they are just leave them, unless they keep giving the warning.
Ive heard they sometimes give a warning due to a sligth glitch, and then work perfectly from then on

Thanks for the info. Its really just irritating since everytime I start the car I have this warning. It was fine before I washed the car and its funny if it got grounded after getting wet
