Maintenance program end date question

Searched the threads but didn't find an answer.

I have a 08 E90 M3 with 9,300 miles which I bought 2 years ago with 6,700 miles.

The Ultimate Service Plan expires on the 4th anniversary of the delivery date (1st sale - original owner) from my understanding correct?

The reason for the clarification is that 2 months ago I had the oil & oil filter changed as part of the complimentary scheduled maintenance at my local dealer & the delivery date they had on the invoice was different (24 March 08) from the delivery date (13 Feb 09) on an invoice when the original owner took it in for service.

I have the Carfax when I had bought the car 2 years ago & it states 13 Feb 2009 as Vehicle purchase reported, registered, etc.

If I conclude correctly, the Ultimate Service Plan on my M3 doesn't expire till 13 Feb 2013.

expires on Feb 2013, on the anniversary of when the car is sold. Remember your annual oil change won't fall on this schedule b/c the car's first change is at the break-in mileage, generally well before the 1st year mark. I was lucky enough to get one more oil change out of the way before my plan expired.

Ex: Annual Oil change schedule is July, last being July 2011. My plan expires May 2012. I got a free oil change in March 2012.
