Any dealer in the US with a new 08 E90/92?

If so, I'd be interested if the price is right.

I just did a quick scan on cars.com for new 2008 M3s, and there are only 8 or 9 2008 sedans/coupes that show up.

Do the same, and then go to the dealers' websites to verify or give them a call. I would guess that half or more of these are no longer available.

Move quickly, as what is left will not last for long.

high 48-53k is the range I'm guessing depends on the location.

I would start at $48k.

Once you find the car, post what options it has and what the invoice price is

Yes, $15k off MSRP makes sense:

I purchased a new 2008 M3 Sedan in June: the MSRP was $67,645, and I paid $53,000 (plus ttl), and received an extra $500 on my trade in (versus the competition), resulting in a total discount of $15,145.

It looks like there is only one coupe that I found. I think Cars.com must not update their site that often. It has
Manual trans, PREMIUM PACKAGE, TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE, MOON ROOF, HD RADIO, SATELLITE RADIO W/ 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION, IPOD AND USB ADAPTER, ENHANCED PREMIUM SOUND.

They listed it for 57,800 with an original list of around 69,700.

What exterior and interior colors? No cold weather package? Where do you live?

Otherwise, it appears to be loaded with good options.

I would guess that you can get it for the low 50s. Start at $48k and see what happens.

I found an 08 coupe that is being sold as a "Factory Executive Car."
Which means that it was driven by an exec for 3 months. It has 5k miles on it but they are selling it as new.

It stickered for 63k and they are selling for 55k. They wont budge on the price apparently.

Are "Factory Executive Cars" commonplace with BMW's?

Yes, but I would be careful, as they may not have broken it in as carefully as you or I would.

I also wouldn't pay $55k for a used car with 5k miles on it; its fair value in the market is probably in the high 40s. It is not a "new" car; it is used and should be priced accordingly.

damn a brand new 08 M3 is discounted as low as an E90/E93 '09 335. I wish the interest is low. I would pick me up one.
