Does an E90 "Loading Sill" Protective Cover Exist?

Is there a plastic cover or "loading sill" to protect the top of the rear bumper when loading the trunk? I came across a fold out mat and a plastic film that covers the loading area of the bumper but I'm looking for something more substantial. Something like the following picture.

My bumper suffered some damage from luggage on my recent ED trip. The top of the bumper was actually dented a bit when the foot of a bag was dropped on the top of the bumper. Sucks!

I haven't seen one, but if you are clever, you could probably adapt a number of sill protectors from other manufacturers. I like the one on my M-B ML, which is ribbed stainless. Not sure this approach is right for an M3, though.

Get it covered with ventureshield if you are concerned.

Those other options look terrible!
