I keep getting passed up

on the freeway ... which is my least favorite surface to take my 335i... by Priuses, Priui, anyway, those 'green' cars. I mean if I'm going 70 in a 65, the dang Prius (pl) are scooting by me left and right.

I find it ironic that their drivers, I surmise, think that they are doing such a great thing for the planet that they just keep the pedal to the metal .. as if there was any metal in those cars.

So while you are out there on the freeway, just take note of what it is that passes you up ... betcha it's a Prius.

I frequently see a Prius speeding down the road.

If a Police officer is chasing them all they have to do is get in the right lane and blend with the 3 other Prius of the same color to confuse the cop as to who was speeding :-)

What I find amusing is that at 80 mph a Prius is only returning 40 or so mpg. That's less than my car. So much for being "green."

Doesn't matter. Priuses do way more than their fair share of damage and that's just during production of their batteries.

You either stay to the right and ignore everyone passing you, or stay in the left and pass everyone else. On the rare occasion I'm on the right, I don't care who is passing me (prius or porsche) because I've decided to go slower (rare occasion).

Prius drivers are the worst, period. At least here in SoCal, no other car on the road has such a consistently high ratio of aggressive drivers in a vehicle that can't handle it at all. On the freeway, they are almost always pushing 80+ and dipping in and out of lanes. No respect for faster cars at all.

I can't wait to get a catless X-pipe installed and have them behind me, forcing those hapless tree-huggers to sniff all of my untreated emissions with their fragile nostrils.

THIS. Through an extensive study I did in my head on a road trip one time, 91% of mini van drivers have no clue what they're doing on the road.

I have no problems with people passing, no matter what they drive. It's those that don't pass I have a problem with.
We have to pass several cars instead of just one, because not only are they too timid to pass a slow vehicle, but they don't leave enough room for passing cars to get in front of them.

And the offenders don't drive Priuses - they drive Lexus, Mercedes and, dare I say it, BMWs.
