M3 Wins Road & Tracks Drifting Shootout!!
anyone read Jan Road and Track mag?? the M3 won there drifting shootout. they said that it was a suprise bc they didn't think the M3 would be such a good drifter. here were the other cars in the shootout
1st- M3 2nd- Corvette Grand Sport (the new model in between the base and ZO6) 3rd- Nissan Nismo 370Z 4th- Lexus ISF 5th- Ford Mustang GT 6th- Hyundai Genesis Coupe 7th- Mazda MX-5 Miata does anyone on here drift with there M3?? i have done a little bit here and there and it was very controlled like they said in the shootout

lol i never said it was anything special to win. i just think it shows how the M3 is a really good all around car

i thought that too. they didn't even mention the LSD once in the part where they talk about the ISF. they complained about it not having a rev limiter and instead has a fuel cutoff when you get the rpm to high it goes into safety mode and cuts the fuel

yeah the hanbrake and foot brake was the only thing that set back the Nizmo
i was suprised to read that the stickier tire the better for drifting. also the Yoko ADVAN Neova ADO8 that was used on all the cars got awesome remarks from them and i know some members on here use them. i think that is what i am gonna get for mine after the winter instead of the Michelins PS2expensives that came with my car
