squeaking sound when braking in reverse?

Hi guys, when i brake while in reverse i hear a mild squeaking sound. a sound similar to a warn out brake pad or rotor. however, when i brake normally driving forward there is no sound. Idrive said my pads and rotor are fine. i have 50,000 miles and i have not changed diff fluid nor tranny fluid yet. what could be the problem here?

Did you take a peek to actually see how much brake pad you have left?

I would get under there and inspect for visual damage. Could be something bent or broken, like a dust shield or bracket.
