My M3 is AW and I like it it is a bit whiter then our DD our DD is more off white (photos in my garage).

On my M3 I have a bra it is almost invisible, one has to come real close to actually see the 3M clear bra.

Close up of both whites below ... (better pic in my M3 garage)

Mineral white does not have any other color hues to it. Pearl white, such as the one that was found on the early 1990 Audi 90s, had some pink to it; which is the true color hue of a pearl.
Brilliant white> can't help you on that one.

: After 2hours I found some info here:
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=349739

...and thanks to other pix, so all white colors:

Non-metallic:
Alpine White - the most white (everybody knows)

Metallic:
Brilliant White = Pearl White - the most white of metallic, a little pearl color
Mineral White - white, silver, platinium

IS IT RIGHT?

I've seen MW & AW side by side. Depending on the lighting, I found the mineral white to have a grayish cool-toned cast. If you are looking for a true white, then alpine white all the way.

MW has a hint of silver during the day, and turns more and more silver the darker it is outside, and it shines under the light at night, as opposed to the flat color of AW.

The car with the black wheels is Mineral White. It has more of a gray look to it than the pure white of Alpine White.
