Costs for DIY Brake Job?
Hey guys, I'm trying to decide if I should pickup the Extended Maintenance Plan for my 08 e92 with 48k miles... For those who do their own brake jobs, how much do the parts costs? pads, rotors, sensors, etc...

Brake parts
In VERY rough terms, I think you'd be around $700 front, $600 rear for OEM at a discount. Turner lists a complete overhausl package for the '08 Z4M for $870, but doesn't list the E9X M3.

I think you can find a set of OE Motorsport rotors for around $1,100, and good street pads can be had for less than $200. You shouldn’t need to replace the sensors.
