korea/japan travel Q's

first and foremost, notice my join date. OG checking in. haha. anyhow, so me and my buddies are going to korea and japan for vacation next week. were going to seoul, busan, than to tokyo- 3 days in each city.

i have a buddy teaching english in busan and i have family in seoul so i should be set there. but if there are must do's for those cities i would love to hear them. also since its a guys trip, what places to go for nightlife.

i know nothing about japan and tokyo. can use any help here. whats are must do's and what are must see's during the days and what to do for nightlife. I've heard of shady bars/clubs that will extort money from you or just charge you BS amounts. so what places to avoid would help also.

also if any of you happen to be in the area next week and would like to meet up for friendly faces and beers, we would really appriciate some local wisdom. first rounds on me
