Help: Need a good Philly spring install shop
Folks can anyone recommend a reputable shop to install springs in the philly and surrounding areas? So far i'm getting outrageous prices to install springs.
Thanks |

Same for me - getting quoted $400 everywhere. I think that might be the market price. I still have a set of eibachs lying in my store room and I have yet to install them.

The philly crew should all drive up to your place J08M3 and you can guide is in the installation of our springs! We'll pay of course for your time depending on how you charge, hehehehhehe... One of these weekends if you guys are free.

Takes me four hours without a lift. Although I could probably do it faster now that I have done it once. I just followed the DIY pics on here in the suspension forum. You do need a spring compressor though. I used this as a opportunity to buy one. $40 off Amazon for one.

I'll be happy to help if you need any advice on how to do it yourself. But I don't have the time or desire to do work on someone else's car sorry.

$400.00 isn't that outrageous considering I was quoted $1150.00 from one shop and $850.00 from another. Both included alignments, but really how much could the alignment be?
