///M Diff oil packaging changes
I had bought some diff fluid in the past that was in a grey bottle with a green cap that had the FM, and was on ECS and noticed it now comes with a clear bottle and red cap.

Same fluid as before, but others have posted this too -- it's just a packaging change. It's Castrol Syntrax LS 75w140 with additional friction modifier, formerly known as Castrol SAF-XJ.
They might move to a Shell/Pennzoil product eventually, but I suspect there is relatively low demand for this fluid on a regular basis. It's not like motor oil that's getting used by the gallon every day in dealerships.

How many miles are on your car/what intervals should you change your diff fluid?
