BMW Dealer for service in Houston/Richmond.

Hi guys,
Every dealer my sister looked up in the Houston area has very poor record of customer service. Is there any particular dealer you guy could suggest for oil change and an Service Advisor's name as well.

Will appreciate your help.

I used BMW in midtown and never had any issues.

Well she already booked adv midtown in downtown Houston. Anyone know of a good Service tech there that I can refer her to? M0J0 is that the same dealer you were referring to?

Thanks for the feedback so far guys. Some of the comments on google for these dealers in Houston is scary considering it's BMW.

You have to remember that the internet is mostly a place people turn to to complain.

Imagine how many cars go through these places everyday that come out fine.

I use Mike Guerrero. He's the most popular and asked for SA at Midtown. Great SA.

I never asked for a certain tech. And, yes Midtown/Downtown. I just got whomever they gave me. They are all the same to me.

At Advantage, I have used Stacy Hoover. He is pretty good.
