Help roof trim popped off

I dont mean to thread jack, but can somebody explain on how to take off the roof molding? Does it easily pop off with a flat head screwdriver? Do I pop it off from the front or rear of the molding?

I usually pop them off with a credit card. Start from the rear.

Sure you can! Just go easy. Mine is harder cause i got the cabrio e93.
