Okay, that's another gross thing at my office -- spitting in the toilet. Not so much gross that you're spitting, but people spit up their gum into the urinal. Wtf?? You realize someone has to pick that stuff out? After you just urinated all over it?

I swear, some of my coworkers are absolutely devoid of the milk of human kindness, yanno? They should have to spend a day picking the gum out of the urinals themselves...

No matter how old I get, I always have a good laugh from someone ripping some loud and long winded fart in the bathroom. Usually followed by a big "aaaaahhhhhhhh".

If you can't fart/burp in front of your friends and family, who can you do it in front of?

It's what's called a parasympathetic response
There are two primary components to the peripheral nervous system: the sympathetic and the parasympathetic.

the sympathetic system is involved in what is colloquially known as the "flight or fright" response... or even more crudely, the sympathetic system is involved in:
flight
fright
fight.... and
fornicate.

The parasympathetic is involved in more "relaxing" situations, namely salivation, micturation (pee-ing), and defecation (pooping). When you initiate a parasympathetic maneuver (pee-ing) it induced further parasympathetic responses (farting).
It's the same reason you urinate after defecating.

Couldn't help it...she was on top and the pressure was too much (plus, it didn't help with her jumping on me) that I had to just let it out. It scared the shit out of my partner but luckily she found it really funny (it was a loud blast). After about 5 minutes of letting out the laughs we went right back to it and I let out another kind of blast!
