Single box size is 69/x22/5inch weight 9lb

roughly 350-400usd to UK,

Box of 5 its 70x23x20 roughly 800 usd

If we go any bigger then that, shipping cost can easily run $1800-2000usd

We are not making any money from the shipping cost. If any of you guys can get us better pricing or have a shipping company for us to use, then we will be happy to oblige. Currently this pricing is from Fed Ex.
Thanks

Don
Don, I am going to need them shipped in a way that once they have arrived, I can split them up and re-ship them out to each buyer, in the respective boxes. I guess that each lip will come individually boxed and then taped together, or all the individual boxed lips put into one large box?

Thanks for the update, that's all I really wanted, some understanding of how the figure came about

If it can't be bettered, I can live with it.

Is there a way that you guys can give me how far apart you guys live from each other? We are trying to make this work for you guys. Would it be too difficult to ship all the lips in one big box and have you rebox them?

Only because if we individually box each lip the size of the shipment gets bigger which increases the cost.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Or pack them all in one box and then flat pack the individual boxes inside the large box, so I can re-box my end. Will be difficult to find boxes big enough to carry the lips safely and a few have got to be shipped across the sea to Ireland.

Don, did you manage to see availability of the matt black mirrors for 'Kadesdad' (Marcus) - cheers, Paul

Folks - have we got any more buyers now or shall we get Don to start sending the paypal requests over? Shall we wait until after Easter and see if we get any more takers overthe weekend?

Right - Easter over and done with - hope everyone had a good one!

We all still up for getting this deal sorted? Shall I get Don to send out the PAYPAL invoices to each member - this will be for their chosen spoiler plus their portion of the postage cost.

The only extra's will be customs charges and shipping to each member - I will split that cost when the spoilers get delivered and I post them out to each member - not sure how far away the Irish boys are from each other but might be able to combine shipping to you fella's?

OK, to confirm this is the order thus far:

Luma 1x1 CF $460 (£307)
none as yet

Luma Painted (Matte or gloss) $420 (£280)
M3-FAST (Paul) - finished in gloss black
CHRISBURNS - finished in gloss black
RICHBE - finished in matt black

VRS 1x1 CF $360 (£240)
DAVEYM3
Diamond_111

AC 1x1 CF 360 (£240)
none as yet

Mirror cover replacment $175 (£116)
M3-Fast (Paul) - Gloss Black set of mirror cover replacements
KADESDAD (Marcus) - Satin Black (or Matt if not available) mirror cover replacements

clearbra service its $120 (£80)
M3-FAST (Paul) - Ventureshield wrap for Luma Lip
DAVEYM3 - Ventureshield wrap for VRS in CF
Diamond_111 - ventureshield wrap for VRS in CF

Chris, if you could distribute the products bound for Ireland that would be fantastic and will save on the postage from UK to Ireland.

Don, If you can prepare total invoices please with the carriage split (please bear in mind that Marcus (Kadesdad) is only having a set of mirror covers, so if everyone is in agreement I personally think he should pay a lot less carriage than us guys having the larger and heavier splitters, etc?

Postage is £459 - not sure the fairest way of splitting it?

We have 5 buying large items (splitters) and two buying mirror covers only.

How about £29.50 each for the mirror cover postage, leaving £400 for the other 5 items @ £80 each?

Marcus, Kadesdad - £29.50 - covers only
Paul, M3FAST - £109.50 - splitter and covers
Rich, Richbe - £80 - splitter only
Diamond_111 - £80 - splitter only
Chris, Chrisburns - £80 - splitter only
Davey, Daveym3 - £80 - splitter only

If everyone is OK with this then Don can get our respective invoices and payments sorted - be nice to get ordered before the weekend?

If any customs charges are incurred, these will be split using the same ratio - postage will be at cost to each buyer and will work out once they arrive and we know the weight, size, etc - I use UPS couriers at work so can get a good rate

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delayed response. I am feeling under the weather with the flu.

Chris...do you have everyone's address so that you can ship the lips to them once you receive them? Also what postal company do you guys prefer to use in the UK. Which is the most cost effective for you guys? If everyone can please email me their contact info to HDAutoSalon@gmail.com
I will need your name, M3 screen name, address and phone number.
That way we can organize everything properly and I can keep you guys updated on the delivery status.

Thanks guys!

Don

If you invoice us in us$ paypal will use it's own conversion - the only way it can be done I think, and will be roughly the same as our figures hopefully? Have you checked to see if we are about OK with our conversion? I used XE exchange on the internet.

Don, will send PM now - all the lips are coming to me in England - I will then reship to the individual UK mainland members and then ship the remainder ones to Chris over in Ireland - he can then PM each member and sort delivery over there.

I am just trying to calculate total cost of shipping from US to UK and then from UK to the respected members. Or will you take care of the shipping on your side?
Let me know what works best.

Cheers!

Unhappy

Sorry guys, but I am going to give up on this - Don doesn't seem interested in collecting the payments and it is just dragging on and on - I have asked on the thread a couple of times for Don to start proceeding with collecting monies and I have also PM'd a few times to try and finalise this deal and asked for an invoice so I can pay.

I have worked out the postage split for him and itemised the individual orders but still nothing positive seems to be happening so knocking it on the head.

If it takes this long just to place the order how long will it take for the lips to arrive??
