Same problem my ebay splitters had. Moral of story: if you want good fitment replicas, pony up for JBSpeed.

Purchased these a week ago and just got some tracking info. Coming straight from the motherland (Ukraine). Will update on fitment when they arrive...not expecting perfection but for $200 I could care less.

Never understood this logic. Will the price really make you feel better if they look terrible on your car?

They aren't terrible at all. Side by side there are no differences between oem. Fitment can be stretched to be good but will never be perfect. For 200 dollars they were worth it.

How do these splitters hold up over time? Hows the quality of their clear coat? Is it comparable to OEM?

They'll never be comparable to OEM. They're made in China.

Doubt you'll get OEM levels of clear coat, but FWIW, I've had paint matched trunk lips and other exterior parts from fleBay and some have been nothing less than perfect.

Now for splitters, I wouldn't even expect OEM to last against stone chips and other road abuse being they're located at the lowest frontal portion of the car and will take a relentless beating no matter what. I had mine wrapped in PPF since day one and I'm glad I did it. No chips yet...

The ones I had were definitely different than OEM in terms of fitment. None of the edges fit flush against the bumper and they looked terrible. Perhaps you got ones that fit better, but based on the pics shared on the previous page it really doesn't sound like these are any different than other crapshoot <$200 ebay splitters. You shouldn't have to "stretch" anything, the double sided tape won't hold any of the stretched areas over time. Ebay splitters seem to be a gamble regardless of the seller, if you want guaranteed fitment you have to go with one of the tried and true options from a known vendor.

Somehow my order was lost by USPS from the Ukrainian seller... Has anyone tried the ones from the Chinese seller?

I'm really surprised to hear that. Curious, do you have photos of these issues?

Nope, I got rid of them and got the JBSpeed ones instead. I just can't tolerate poor fitment, regardless of price. The pics in post 38 show one of the problem areas I had with mine. The edges closest to the center of the bumper had huge gaps too.

Were the Jbspeed full CF and not CFRP? Was fitment like OEM?

Also, it could be possible that the last batch from the Ukrainian seller is different. Seems that the earlier ones shipped from California were spot on, but recent orders coming from Ukraine (based on others posting in this thread) have been off.

They are full CF. Fitment on the passenger side is 100% perfect. Driver side has a small gap on the left edge, but the edge shown in post 38 looks flush. So overall I'd say 8/10. Much better than ebay, but not as good as OEM.

Don't know what's going on with the recent shipments. Unfortunately it looks like some of you have had bad luck with these.

Sorry guys, just wanted to help save fellow members some money! Guess it worked for some of us and not for others.

Another Chinese seller with what looks like splitters that are 100% CF.

AKA more Chinese crap that most likely doesn't fit right.

Exactly.

It looks like they stole the photos from AutoTecknic and watermarked them as their own.

I reached out to both Chinese sellers asking if they guaranteed fitment and if exchanges/return shipping would be covered if they did not fit. They said "No, what you see in the photo is what you get". Both sellers are the same person as they signed the response with "LIN".

When I installed my JB splitters I didn't even bother putting tape on that outside edge, the only place I used tape was on the top edge where it can't be seen. It's not strong enough to hold the splitters up against the bumper and close the gaps if they are not shaped correctly, they will pull away and there is no solution to this. They will either sit right with no additional help/persuasion from the tape, or they won't...no real tricks to this that I'm aware of.

I just did an eBay search and the first seller that popped up was Ikon Motorsports out of California... Anyone run these? I'm intrigued for the low cost of $135!!

*EDIT* I got impatient and ordered them... For the price, I'm sure I'll have to wrestle with them a little, but we'll see. I will post up my reviews when I get them installed.
